Week 1 Day 7 - "You need three things to win. Discipline, hard work, and before everything maybe commitment. No one will make it without those three. Sport teaches you that. Haile Gebrselassie"

Ended the final day of week 1 with a total of 2 hour 40 minutes in the stairs today 😅

Still can't flood the whole staircase 😂

12.30pm: 15 X 36 Floors (1635 meters)
6.30pm: 8 X 36 Floors (872 meters)
Clocked a total of 2507 meters, 900 Floors, 16054 Steps.

Had Mitoceps from @mitocepsmalaysia prior to the Vertical Mile session, and the Mighty Pea Mylk from @veganventures4u after the session.

Super delighted to have done an average of a Vertical Mile in terms of elevation gained on each day. That's 540 Floors per day for the building that I training on.

Building up not just the muscle endurance, but strengthen the mental muscle as well. Spent an average of about 2 hours in the stairs per day too.

Looking forward to the beginning of the week 2 tomorrow and week 2 going to be a challenging week.

Week 1 ✅ 17/21 sessions with a total of 50km Horizontal and 11.373km Vertical.

15 weeks to go...
